I'm Jess, a cowgirl turned copywriter, who is obsessed with all things related to personal development, wellness and spirituality. And of course.. horses.

I come from the captivating mountains and rugged coastlines of New Zealand, but I now call the beautiful countryside of Eastern Nebraska my home.

How does a cowgirl from a small country on the other side of the world end up here, starting her own business as a Copywriter?

My Story
Hi, I’m Jess—a copywriter with a passion for helping heart-centered brands tell their stories, connect with their audience, and make an impact.
​
My journey has been unconventional, and filled with years of adventure. I've spent most of it working in the agriculture industry; from chasing livestock through the mountains of New Zealand, to driving huge tractors in Australia, to working on ranches in some of the wilder places across the US.
​
Now I spend my days working from home, as a business administrator for a horse transport company & freelance copywriter.
​
Though I have settled down and no longer spend my life on the road, it is certainly not lacking adventure. When I'm not writing I am outside with my horses, hiking with my handsome pitbull Moose, or working on the home my boyfriend and I are building together all on our own.

I’ve lived life on my terms. Focusing on living a lifestyle I love and the freedom of the open road, until I found a home that felt right. But through it all, one of my biggest passions has always been writing.
​The path here wasn't easy and I went through a lot to get to where I am today. Writing has been my creative outlet and healing tool through life’s challenges. It’s what grounds me, and has helped me grow immensely through my own journey of self discovery.
I dove into copywriting because I'm obsessed with the power of words, and I believe in their ability to inspire, inform, and drive action. With my diverse background, I’ve honed the ability to adapt quickly, understand different perspectives, and create messaging that resonates. Now I'm ready to use my skills and passion to help brands like yours thrive.
